Crystal® offers efficient customer support and product after-care.
All our window and door products come with a 10 year "No Quibble" guarantee, meaning that in the event that you suffer problems with our products (aside from accidental breakages) we have a dedicated service team at your disposal.
Our guarantee also extends to other non-glazing products, although the terms on these may differ or be of a shorter duration. More information is available on request.
Product Queries
If you have a simple question on your products such as lock operation, condensation or maintenance, before contacting our service department, why not consult our product support FAQ's to see if we have already dealt with a similar request before?
If this doesn't solve your problem, please arrange a service call, where one of our service staff will contact you directly to discuss your problem in detail and arrange a resolution or engineer's appointment.
