NEW DOUBLE GLAZING INSTALLATION

In the last two days, we have had fitted at our house, new double glazed windows and a lovely red front door, installed by your fitters, Graham and Jason. Unfortunately I do not know their surnames.

During the time they spent in our house, both Graham and Jason treated our home and our property with the utmost of respect and care, we were very pleased that they tidied away everything a they finished each window. They left our house in exactly the same state as they found it and no extra cleaning/ tidying was necessary on our part after they had left.

I was particularly pleased with the way Graham sorted out a problem with our kitchen window (a non-opening window was fitted and I was under the impression it would be an opening window). A quick call back to your office sorted the problem and Graham advised a service engineer would visit us shortly to install an opening window - at no extra charge to ourselves.

Both my husband and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism shown by Graham and Jason and we would not hesitate to recommend Crystal Glazing to our friends.
