Dear Sirs,

With reference to the installation of our new windows last week, I would just like to say a big thank you.

Jeff and I are absolutely delighted with them and we were very impressed with the fitters who I believe were Neil and Colin. They worked extremely hard and were very tidy, clean and neat in the fitting of the windows and extremely tidy when finishing at the end of each day. To be honest, we expected, and were ready for, a lot more mess and disruption!

We have been impressed with Crystal from the beginning, from Peter Baker's pitch, Crystal's patience with me for not being able to make up my mind, the surveyor and finally the fitting.

Whilst writing, my mum would like a quote for some doors, please could Peter give me a call at his convenience, to arrange an appointment to meet my mum (who lives in the same street).
