Dear Crystal Windows,

My new windows and door have just been fitted, and look wonderful. They have been admired by friends, neighbours and family. I'm really delighted with them.

The main reason for writing to you however was to compliment the fitters that did the actual work - Andy and Mark. They were so good - very quick, clean, tidy workmen who just got on with it. I have sent back to you (separately) a card giving my mother-in-law's address, as she is thinking about changing her windows. I did write on the bottom of the card that if she decides to go ahead, it would be appreciated if these two men could do the work.
